First, we have to acknowledge that America's health is in crisis. Don't believe me? The World Health Organization did a study of the 40 most modernized countries in the world and ranked them from the healthiest to the least healthy. Out of 40 the US ranked in at 37th in health!!!

We are the RICHEST country in the world, we are the MOST POWERFUL country in the world, the MOST TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED country in the world and we are 37th IN HEALTH!
WHY? WHY IS AMERICA'S HEALTH IN SUCH A SHAMBLES?
Let me tell you. Our approach is flawed. We have become too concerned with the symptom of the problem rather than the problem itself!
When people have a symptom (headache, cough, muscle spasm, acid reflux) the first thing they do is reach for a pill, potion, or lotion to cover up the symptom. They never stop to ask why the symptom is there in the first place. Are headaches caused by aspirin deficiency? I don't think so!
THERE IS A BETTER WAY!
What we do is different. As a matter of fact, it is so different that it actually makes sense. And best of all it gets great results and actually improves our patients health every time!
WHY DOES CHIROPRACTIC WORK?
Chiropractic is simple. We know that your body was designed to heal itself right? Paper cuts heal themselves. Broken bones heal themselves. The body is a self healing, self regulating organism.
We know that the brain controls every single part of the body, right? It sends information from the brain down the spinal cord (it's tail) and out the correct nerve to the body part. This is where it gets important so stay with me.
The brain and spinal cord are the most important body parts in the body! That is why they are the only two parts completely protected by bone. (The skull and spinal column)
Sometimes spinal bones can misalign and put pressure on the nerve interfering with the brain and bodies ability to communicate. It's like static on a cell phone when you are trying to get directions. Very important directions! So then things go awry! Maybe your stomach begins to produce too much stomach acid. Ouch! You reach for the Rolaids or maybe your doctor gives you the "purple pill" and now you are all better.
ARE YOU ALL BETTER?
Not really. Your symptom is gone but your brain still can't communicate with your stomach because there is pressure on the nerve. That is why you don't take Rolaids for a week and then can quit. The medicine doesn't fix anything, it just covers up the symptom.

I had been having severe neck pain and was going to schedule an M.R.I. However, an M.R.I. is so expensive and only having Medicare Insurance I was hesitant to make the appointment. I had been told several times in the past that chiropractic treatment might help. That statement turned out to be an understatement! By the time Dr. Braddock had treated me 3 times I had almost no pain. After only the first treatment so much pain was gone immediately, I was amazed.
